Charlene Fay
I began my career as an agent in 1985 with West Shell Realtors located in Colerain. My business boomed immediately and I sold 28 homes my first year. This motivated me to build my business and have consistently been in the Top 5% Nationwide since. In 1997, I made the decision to work as an independent agent with RE/MAX which has proven to be a successful decision. I am also very excited to have my daughter-in-law, Miranda, as my Assistant in helping me to expand my business and provide great customer service.
Miranda Fay
MIranda is the marketing and listing coordinator for the Charlene Fay Team. She promotes our homes to real estate agents in the Cincinnati area and makes sure our listings receive top exposure on internet web sites. She also follows through with Inspections and Closing procedures, as well as handles our REO/Bank Owned listings.
